  1. Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  1. Shipping rates & shipping method

Shipping charges for your major appliances order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: DHL, FedEx, USPS, ePacket.

  1. Shipment to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time:

For orders in the US: Delivery date and time are approximately 8 - 18 business days from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your State is and excluding the processing time of 1-3 business days).

For orders outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 10 - 20 business days from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is and excluding the processing time of 1-3 business days).

  1. About Tracking Shipments:

You can find tracking information in your order details or have it sent directly to your mobile phone.
Your Order page: If the tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Order page. The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
